Pricing questions

Is there a set-up fee?

No. There are no set-up fees on any of our plans.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use YesCourse to create and sell your courses immediately without entering your credit card details in the Free and Zero Investment plans.
You need to sign up for a subscription only if you choose the Zero Commission plan.

Are there any transaction fees?

There are no YesCourse transaction fees on Free and Zero Commission plans. You keep all the money you charge for your courses aside from the standard Paypal or Stripe transaction fees.
There is a 19% transaction fee only if you choose the Zero Investment plan.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that YesCourse isn’t the best online platform for your training business, simply cancel your account.

What payment gateways are integrated within YesCourse?

Paypal and Stripe are integrated within YesCourse in all plans. However if that does not work in your country, we offer custom integration services. Please email support@yescourse.com for details.

When will I get paid?

All YesCourse payments are instantaneous. Which means when your students enrol, the payment lands in your accounts immediately.

How long are your contracts?

The zero commission plan is month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Please note that when you change into the zero investment plan your students enrolled during the other plans will lose access unless you opt to pay the commission.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can use your own domain name. We also provide a free “official.academy” domain name to all Academies on sign up.

Do I need a web host?

No. YesCourse includes secure hosting for your digital content on all plans. YesCourse uses the best and most reliable servers and networks to ensure your site is reliable and fast. You can also choose to embed externally hosted videos and other resources to add your online courses.

Student Access questions

Can my students access my courses if they are outside the United States/Canada?

The courses are available worldwide. At this moment students from across 74 countries learn through courses hosted on YesCourse.

Can my students access courses on multiple devices?

Yes. Your students can access your content on multiple devices.
